At Carlotta Films, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including the packing slip and any promotional materials that were included in your shipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fashion pieces, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
